Organizational Impact
Year One Goals
1) Provide 300–500 youth and young adults with access to resources, wellness programming, leadership development opportunities
2) Host four signature annual events: The Love, Mychael Gala & Rooted and Rising Cotillion Program, Camp Izzy Back-to-School Retreat, The Cookout , and The Santa Project
3) Conduct 4–6 Pop-Up Wellness Events that provide those experiencing housing instability with access to mental health resources, creative wellness activities, essential supplies, community connections, and supportive services
4) Provide direct resources to at least 150 youth and young adults through the Rooted and Rising Leadership Program and Mychael’s Gift Scholarship Program, as well as essential needs support, access to mental health and wellness resources; and meaningful community engagement experiences
5) Award a $25,000 Mychael's Gift Scholarship to a young person pursuing higher education, prioritizing liberal arts pathways
The Love, Mychael Annual Gala & Cotillion Program is Aid Through Art's signature fundraising and recognition event. The evening celebrates youth leadership, scholarship recipients, community impact, and the transformative power of creative expression.
Through the gala, Aid Through Art raises critical funds to support youth wellness programs, educational scholarships, retreats, community activations, leadership development initiatives, and arts-centered healing experiences serving youth and young adults impacted by housing instability, foster care involvement, and justice-system involvement.
